Single session and invisible track

1) To be 100% sure what's wrong we need a StarBurn log. Please see FAQ on how to generate one and send it back to the [email protected]

2) In your case 99% probability (see 1 - you did not provide the log yet...) you have one session but CLOSED disc (not appendable any more) and in such a case getting invisible track info fails - there's no invisible track at all.
