Hi,

I'm hoping you can help with this. StarBurn_CdvdBurnerGrabber_DiscAtOncePQFromFile is failing with SCSI error code 0x71, sense code 0x03. Any idea what this means or why this might be?

I managed to track down sense code 0x03 as 'medium error', which is clear enough, and I have asked the usual questions about media and lens cleaning but the user reports that Music Match can burn to the drive OK. She also reports that burning with StarBurn used to work but no longer does. Anyway, I hope you can shed some light on this, or at least tell me what the error code means. Abbreviated log file follows. The failing command is at line 10101, or thereabouts.

Many thanks,

Regards,

Paul Sanders

You log file is truncated, your support plan had expired years ago... So unfortunately we cannot help you. Please provide complete log and ASM details to [email protected]. Thanks!

Don't mince words, do you? You're wrong though.

I purchased the StarBurn SDK on 8th June 2008, share-it! Order number: 210851245, so I believe my support plan is still valid. Perhaps it would have been helpful to include this information in my original post but it is in the log file so I thought it unnecessary.

I was careful to edit the log file down to remove a lot of extraneous junk - it was too big to post - but I will email you the full version. Tread a little more lightly, why don't you? Your product is important to me and my little enterprise.
