Delivery Policy
1. General Information
If we cannot process your order for whatever reason, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
2. Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for electronic delivery to a confirmed email address. Physical shipments are not available.
3. Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time is 24 hours since your order is placed. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 24 hours of the date of your order. Please note we do not work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
4. Delivery Instructions
You’ll receive your key as a plan text file attachment.
5. Shipping Costs
There’re no extra shipping and processing costs.
6. Damaged Items in Transport
If there is any damage to the key on delivery, contact us immediately via support@starburnsoftware.com email.
